“I was shipping out something that was oddly long and I had brought it in a big box, but it was gonna cost a lot to ship it. The employee helped find a box that she had in stock that was smaller, but was still fit the item and it saved me over $40 so I really appreciate you doing that going above and beyond to Help me ship the item and also save me some money. Thank you!”

“I purchased a large dock system consisting of a 12' x 16' platform with a 40' walkway and decked it out with corner floats, lights, cleats, pocket fillers and a ladder. I am very happy with my purchase. It took my son and I two half days to complete the installation. Another company with a similar floating dock wanted $10,000 to install it! There was a mix up on shipping, however the customer service department corrected it quickly and efficiently. Installing multiple pole guides on a long walkway is important for stability under foot. If you have questions, don't hesitate to call them. I worked with Colton and he was excellent at answering my questions and helping me with the design details.”

“I am so grateful for this store and especially for Jen P. Who has helped me immensely. I am a 70 year old and handicapped woman with great mobility issues which makes it difficult for me to come into the store and also much slower than most people Jen has been so kind and patient with me. I am always thrilled when she is there because I know I'm going to get the absolute best customer service !! She is patient , respectful, most helpful with finding orders when needed on my phone. I have grown to really like her. What a great store and what great people that are working there!! Thank you so much for your patience with a crippled old lady Jen P.!! I can't tell you in words how much that means to me!!”

“We had a bad experience with a driver not delivering our package twice, but my 5 star review is for the driver that saved the day by picking up the slack for the original driver and finally delivering our package. Thank you Jonathon! I hope your company recognizes your hard work and hires more people with your work ethic. We appreciate all you did to get our package to us.”
