“As truck stops go, this place is pretty nice. It's got an old-fashioned McDonald's with the golden arches on it. It's really cool. There's 2 or 3 other restaurants that in the area or within walking distance. You could park your truck in a nice big parking lot and have a great meal. And get some good rest.It's pretty quiet here”

“This is a really nice truck stop. Lots of parking, an actual accommodating restroom, laundry, and showers! The hot chocolate is the best! And I love their coffee machine. Also, a few grocery items can be picked up here and a really nice selection of hot and ready food”

“Today I went to the quick trip across the street from my house and there was a new guy working there. He ended up being from store number 450 and his name is Jon. When I tell you, this guy was so sweet. Know I mean it and there was not a single joke in that sentence. I went there to get a smoothie with my boyfriend and one of the machines didn't have the one I wanted so he offered a coupon to me for a free drink for the inconvenience. He was so sweet and so nice. He didn't even hesitate to come and assist me. He checked to see if the flavor I wanted was even available in the store, Let me know that it wasn't sold there and then explained to me that it was sold at other places, just not that one. I really appreciate him taking the time out of his day to explain this to me and help me try a drink rather than leave empty handed. I've only known this man for 5 minutes, but I can guarantee you, he is the nicest man I've met in weeks. Considering the fact that he put in all this effort for a store that's not even his, I think this man deserves a raise. I asked a wonderful lady at the cash register if I could leave him a tip for his kindness and she told me that if I did, he would say no to the tip and just put it into a
donation jar they had on the counter. I then asked her if there's anything else I could do. And then she gave me his store number and his name. So i'd also like to think that wonderful lady working the cash register. Unfortunately I did not get her name all I rember is that I believe her hair was red and braided but I could be wrong. Best experience I've had at a kwik trip. The kwik trip in question is the one that was right on the border of Kaukauna and combine locks right next to a roundabout. Please track these two down and give them the praise they deserve.”

But I don’t find it acceptable to have products on the floor with mold on them. “I purchased a car wash package at the Ballard Road Appleton/Hwy 41 location today, (March 23, 2021) at approximately 10:30 am. The two ladies running the place were phenomenal. Their helpfulness with my car wash program was indeed beyond the call of duty. In this day and age, it is very difficult for employers to find good help. Cudos to this Shell station operator at finding these ladies, hiring them, and then managing to keep the on at his/her store.”

“Had a great experience at the BP on Kakana. Their signs clearly state that vape products are non-refundable, and they were upfront and honest about their policy. Even with that, the gentleman working there chose to go out of his way to help my wife and gave her a replacement at no charge. He didn’t have to do that, and it really showed genuine integrity and customer care. It’s rare to see a place stick to their rules while still treating people with kindness and respect. That level of honesty and willingness to help says a lot about the business. We’ll definitely be coming back.”
“Dude who left the 1 star review..... What were they supposed to think? You did what thieves often do when they steal things, you put some things you didn't pay for in your pocket, genius! I mean, really! Unless you caught a case over this and were convicted unfairly and had to pay a fine or do probation, there's no real harm done to you. Most people carry items to the counter in multiple trips when doing their bulk convenience store shopping to avoid misunderstandings like this. A little self awareness goes a long way.This store is okay. They have delta 8 products, glass pipes, vapes and smokes, Little Caesars pizza, beer, liquor, groceries, gambling machines if that's your thing, and of course gasoline and lottery tickets. And they are the only gas station/convenience/grocery store to speak of in Hilbert WI so if you live there or the surrounding rural area, you probably depend on this store to some extent for basic needs. The alternative is a 10 mile drive for smokes and a soda. So lighten up, pal. They're doing their best.”
