“Dude who left the 1 star review..... What were they supposed to think? You did what thieves often do when they steal things, you put some things you didn't pay for in your pocket, genius! I mean, really! Unless you caught a case over this and were convicted unfairly and had to pay a fine or do probation, there's no real harm done to you. Most people carry items to the counter in multiple trips when doing their bulk convenience store shopping to avoid misunderstandings like this. A little self awareness goes a long way.This store is okay. They have delta 8 products, glass pipes, vapes and smokes, Little Caesars pizza, beer, liquor, groceries, gambling machines if that's your thing, and of course gasoline and lottery tickets. And they are the only gas station/convenience/grocery store to speak of in Hilbert WI so if you live there or the surrounding rural area, you probably depend on this store to some extent for basic needs. The alternative is a 10 mile drive for smokes and a soda. So lighten up, pal. They're doing their best.”

“Today I went to the quick trip across the street from my house and there was a new guy working there. He ended up being from store number 450 and his name is Jon. When I tell you, this guy was so sweet. Know I mean it and there was not a single joke in that sentence. I went there to get a smoothie with my boyfriend and one of the machines didn't have the one I wanted so he offered a coupon to me for a free drink for the inconvenience. He was so sweet and so nice. He didn't even hesitate to come and assist me. He checked to see if the flavor I wanted was even available in the store, Let me know that it wasn't sold there and then explained to me that it was sold at other places, just not that one. I really appreciate him taking the time out of his day to explain this to me and help me try a drink rather than leave empty handed. I've only known this man for 5 minutes, but I can guarantee you, he is the nicest man I've met in weeks. Considering the fact that he put in all this effort for a store that's not even his, I think this man deserves a raise. I asked a wonderful lady at the cash register if I could leave him a tip for his kindness and she told me that if I did, he would say no to the tip and just put it into adonation jar they had on the counter. I then asked her if there's anything else I could do. And then she gave me his store number and his name. So i'd also like to think that wonderful lady working the cash register. Unfortunately I did not get her name all I rember is that I believe her hair was red and braided but I could be wrong. Best experience I've had at a kwik trip. The kwik trip in question is the one that was right on the border of Kaukauna and combine locks right next to a roundabout. Please track these two down and give them the praise they deserve.”

“Sundays, February 12 2023 @9:00 A.M. , called Sara/Sarah (pharmacy) about my prescription, she was amazing! The pharmacist was too. It really did help to remember names, causes sometime it rings back to someone expected. Trust me that as long as you know you prescription, technician name, just let them know what you need. they will treat you with nothing but respect. FAR BETTER THAN CENTRALIZED SERVICES. @ Sara/Sarah I heard the urgency in your voice and the panic when the call rang back to your pharmacist. I really do appreciate how urgently you addressed my issue. THANK YOU SO MUCH!”

“I try to not go in to often when I get gas. Because ……..there is the best Mac n cheese and brownies for dessert that I find it infuriatingly easy to grab n go. Ugh. But I do appreciate what all u carry for such a small store. I could write a novel listing why I continue to return and find it sad others stopped in when someone was having a bad day and therefore leave a poor review. Kwiktrip is a 5+ stop for me. Thanks”

The atmosphere is great to, better than the one I work at (which to be fair, as of the time I'm writing this is under a remodel). red zone (hot food and coffe area) is well tended to. I especially love the (SPOILER ALERT for the mandalorian) grogu that sits by the condiment bar, which has different outfits depending the seasons.”

“My girlfriend and I live down the road so we come to this location at least once a day, but there’s a couple employees that ALWAYS make our day when we come in and we hope they are able to see this! Their names are Keke, Robby and one other young lady that I don’t remember her name but when I figure it out Ima add it in! But they are WONDERFUL! Every time we come they’re always so welcoming & we genuinely enjoy being able to have convos with them. I hope theyre able to see this bc I want them to know they are much appreciated! :)”

“I stop by here nearly every day - the staff is super nice. It's the older style of Kwik Trip so it's more close quarters inside. You can buy individual craft beer tall boys. They have the the ethanol free 91 octane premium fuel. Free air. Spacious parking lot.”

“Just spoke to a pharmacist there. Feosol, an over-the-counter iron supplement, does not have a dosage on the front of the box. Very misleading packaging. The pharmacist told my husband yesterday I should take five times the dosage I was prescribed to take. I want the product removed from the shelf, but was told to contact the manufacturer. Walgreens is aware of the problem and won't pull it off the shelf. This type of overdose is HUGE!”
