They prioritized what things were urgent vs not urgent and explained why there is a problem and why it may or may not be urgent. Prices are very accurate to what the parts cost and how much labor is involved. As a young woman, it is hard to find a good mechanic but I trust Tech Way Auto 100%. I can't recommend them enough!!!!”

“I've been going to O'Reilly for about 3 years to have my Benz S550 service. Although it can be expensive (it's a benz after all) the quality of service is extremely good. “I cannot say enough good things about Ivan and his business. A colleague recommended Royal Auto Body when I was rear-ended and needed a repair on my cracked bumper. Ivan was immediately a friendly face and took a thorough look at my car to be sure there wasn't more damage. He was respectful of my desire to only get a quote to start (the other driver wanted to pay cash). When I decided to go with Royal, Ivan was able to schedule me on a convenient day and my car was ready before he'd scheduled it to be. He was able to get new after-market parts and bring the repair in slightly under the quote. “I had to have my CVT transmission fluid changed and I had called a local Nissan dealer and they were going to flush it first. I knew from reading the forms that you shouldn't flush a CVT with 68k miles. I called Shorewood auto repair and he confirmed that flushing would be a bad idea with my vehicle and they explained why. I believe I spoke to the owner or manager and he was very helpful. He gave me an estimated price range (depending on how much fluid was to be used) and I proceeded to have the work done. Before the tech started on my SUV, he called me and let me know how much it would cost and asked if it was ok to proceed. I had my SUV back in a few hours and was very happy with the final price and the work done. The tech also went above and beyond and told me the quality of the fluid that came out and recommended when it should be serviced next.
It's nice to have a car repair place that I trust and can rely on to be honest. Not only that, the knowable and friendly staff helped me to make the right maintenance decision.
