“Great spot for routine care and of course in emergencies. We use Advanced Animal Hospital for our regular care for our 11 year old dog. The whole team from reception to vet team are all awesome to work with. Everyone always has a smile and is happy to see your furry family members! We recently were in and had a check up with Dr. Dzika. He was very informative and transparent about future care. With our dog being older, we've got a teeth cleaning in our future. We were able to talk about what to expect from start to finish, including price ranges. Loves the open conversion.Also, they do an awesome nail trim. ?”
“Absolutely amazing place. I have brought a couple of my dogs here over the last 15 years and they have always received great care. The staff is always friendly, compassionate and amazing and goes above and beyond in my opinion. One time a few years ago I called in a panic when my dog was choking on something. My car was in the shop at the time and due to the emergency situation they offered to drive over to my house to try and help save my dog's life. Luckily I was able to dislodge the item after trying a couple things they advised to do and my dog was fine. Just the fact that they were willing to go out of their way to save my dog's life tho speaks volumes. I highly recommend this place! They are always my go to vet whenever one of my dogs needs to be seen and always will be.”

“Several years ago, at the advice of a friend, I called and made an appointment with Dr Ann-Margret Morgan for a second opinion. I had a Bernese Mountain Dog that was having severe issues, I had been to the ER vet multiple times and my regular vet at the time just kept telling me she had arthritis and IBD and I was pumping my dog full of meds that weren’t helping her. After 3 days, Dr Morgan had her diagnosed. She had Addison’s disease. A simple 5mg of prednisone daily is all she needed. After a week on the medication, I saw my dog run again and start to get back to her normalself. She saved my dogs life. Dr Morgan is my current vet for my 4 Bernese Mountain Dogs and our 2 new rescue kitties. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. She takes a proactive approach while collaborating with her colleagues. She practices both regular and holistic medicine and applies them appropriately. She goes above and beyond for my pets and I trust her completely. I also have to pay tribute to the support staff, they are all loving and caring to my pets. It’s always a fun outing when we go. I couldn’t recommend a care facility more than Silver Spring Animal Wellness.”

They also help me come up with ideas on how to make things easier for him so that each time we go he has less trouble then the last. I'm deeply appreciative of their kindness and patience. The only down side is they are open mostly while I'm at work so I can only go in on Saturdays. However with the quality of treatment given I'm willing to deal with that minor inconvenience.”

There are so many reasons why I love Banfield.I love the Pet WELLNESS plans, as a young pet owner with many kids and unexpected bills, this is an amazing plan to budget for keeping your pet healthy. A low cost monthly amount comes out of my bank account, and with that I can come into the vet anytime with 0 fees! Unless futher treatment is needed, which is then discounted because I am on the plan. My dog ended up having pink eye, came in for no cost- then they prescribed a medication which was 60.00 at the clinic, I found it for 13.00 on chewy. When I asked if I could get it off of Chewy, they were glad to help get the prescription sent over to chewy. They were all about helping me and my pet out.I saw a prior review about them taking someones dog to the back for a exam. This also happened to me. My dog was acting very weird once exam time started. They asked to take her to the back. I agreed, as I saw her acting protective over me. Biggest part of this is they "asked" me if that was okay. If I said no, they would have just done the exam in front of me.Overall staff is very helpful and friendly every time I have come in to the vet. 10/10 would recommend.”

I was recommended of off one of Wisconsin Ferret Facebook groups and was worried they would have a doctor with broad knowledge. But the doctor here had so much information and experience working with ferrets. Abba and I had the best time. They did so amazing with her that she accepted a nail trim and barely squirmed around. I am a 100% making this Abbas permanent vet they are everything I can ask for and more in an exotic vet.”

They are the cheapest out of all 11 vets I called and even spay/neutering is cheaper than almost every place I called. Why pay so much when this place does the same at a better price. Had to take my dog twice In a month and I'm very happy and this will remain my permanent vet.”
“Clinic good for quick needs but not as a regular vet, we use them for vaccines because they are inexpensive also got my little dog fixed they did a good job I don't like the first come first serve because waiting in your car when it's 5 degrees can be rough. I would not use them for illness because they don't really have the follow up like a regular vet and they may not know your pet well enough to know if there are personality changes. The staff and the vets do seem to care about the animals”

They were able to see us within an hour after I called and the staff was at the door ready to meet us and take our cat for check up. The staff was friendly and caring about the delicate situation.
