“The store always helps me out when I have vacuum problems. In 2 minutes the technician found the problem and instead of encouraging me to buy a new vacuum, he split a package of two belts into one. When I need a new vacuum, this is the man to whom I will come. A few years ago I had an oreck handheld for which I needed a new hose. Not only did I get a new hose but a much longer and durable one than originally had come on the machine. I can't say enough good about this business.”

“Installers were very much in a hurry, in and out in less than 30 minutes. To include removal of old fridge. Never wiped down the fridge, left no door spacing tool, left no tool for the removal of the door handles, never attempted to level fridge. I had to ask how the fridge was leveled. Seemed very rushed.”

They are very responsive, and will get any warranty issues solved quickly... though you may be at the mercy of the repair company (not KM's fault). They are great to work with, and also support Veterans... they made a great donation to the non-profit I am part of. I will recommend them to everyone in need of their products!”
