“Ive come to this location twice so far and each time I’m met with such positive energy and a welcoming, genuine smile. Ive gone to other locations that cause me nothing but stress and confusion which I dislike. The woman at the counter who helped me is SO informative and patient. She’s amazing and at this point I don’t plan to visit another location in Racine unless it’s the one on Main Street.”

“Always a good experience despite the sometimes longish lines. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are always doing their best to serve with a smile and offer 24 hour access to a computerized kiosk that you can buy postage from in the entryway of the West Racine Station.”
“I haven't been to the main post office in a very long time. It's just as I remember. Looks like a museum and can get very busy fast.
We had a issue with getting a package. The reasons are not important. The help was amazing.
They found the post officer on his route and w9rked with him to ensure delivery.

“This review is specifically for passport applications. It was a very smooth experience. We prepped everything for 3 kids to get their first passports. We brought it in, they took the pictures, put the applications in order and sent them off. Both ladies that helped were very nice and answered all of our questions.”
“I had to use this post office location to renew my passport, and they did an excellent job. Shelley, who helped me, knew exactly what she was doing, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I have never had an issue with anyone at this post office location on top of the passport!”
