“Small operation but is typically more reliable and efficient the other usps options, it's good they have other locations other than the Racine location which is under staffed and has consistent slow service .”

“I had such a great experience today! Lisa was very nice and super helpful. I had no idea how to ship a package since I’ve never done it before, and she took the time to explain everything step by step. She was patient, friendly, and made the whole process easy for me. Thank you, Lisa, for your amazing customer service!”

“Mark is the nicest employee for USPS of all time. He knows his stuff too. It was his birthday and a nice older lady brought him in cupcakes and another gentleman stopped by to wish him a happy birthday….all while I was there!! What a good human.”

“Shipped a 5-lb package to my son and his girl friend in Hilo, Hawaii. The postal worker was pleasant, diligent and on-point. For a December 16th shipment, it was not super busy, so everything went smoothly. A nice experience. Visited 4/14/26 I've added a couple exterior video clips.”

“Absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service today from the manager Sylvia. She took my phone call, helped me track down a package (that hadn't arrived at the post office yet) but was expecting it today. She literally CALLED ME when the package came in from the route. WHO DOES THAT AT A POST OFFICE?? I never even knew in my 45 years of living that customer service at a post office was even possible like I had today! Just stunned! THANK YOU SYLVIA”

“Our mail carrier(Samantha Decker) has had our area a few years now. I recently asked her name because I believe when someone shows outstanding work ethics they should be recognized. Sam always has a smile and is very friendly. Never any problems with our service. And Our dog just loves her. He waits at the door to say hello, because sometimes he gets out when i open the door and she patiently helps get him back inside. Its quite humorous because you can tell she's in a bit of a hurry and doesnt have time for doggie tag☺️however shes never rude or upset, but helps get him back in for his safety. She has great energy and reminds me of what service to others is really about. One day she took a moment to listen, and that is a beautiful quality in a person. We need more examples of goodness in our world. Exceptional customer service! Thank you Sam for adding smiles along your route!”
