“My wife had an emergency medical condition just 24 hours before our departure for a week's vacation in Mexico. Fortunately, I had purchased travel insurance when I made our package reservation with Expedia. I am glad I had done this because Travel Guard refunded the total expenses of our travel. I have to add that our emergency medical condition was fully documented by Kaiser Emergency room and its doctor. Refund process was done online and took about two weeks. I recommend this company to everyone.”
