“I had an outstanding experience. My washer stopped working. My repairman told me it would cost more to repair than to replace, and referred me to Kevan Haarsma at the Racine store. Kevan asked a few questions, recommended a machine similar to my old one, and sold it to me right over the phone. The delivery and installation three days later went perfectly. Thanks!”
