“went in there today, 11/19/25 around 5 or 6pm. nice lady with black hair helped me get my new apple air all situated. it was a headache transferring the number but she had it under control more than me lol
it was a pleasent experience, no pressure. while we were there a customer called about getting a 1tb iphone for there kid or something. just found it funny, the employee who answered said what i would have - 1tb means theres a problem elsewhere!
great place, number transferred and good to go!”

“Went to purchase a laptop for my wife and the experience was as awesome. We were immediately greeted by someone at the front who was very kind. He pointed us in the direction of Laptops and we were then greeted by Danny. We told Danny that we wanted to browse first and he was very understanding. No pressure at all. As we looked, the place started filling up with more customers. So, when we were ready he was already helping someone. He communicated to us that it would be a minute and we were happy to wait. Then another person wanted help but they were clearly impatient and entitled so he asked to help them first and we were happy to continue to wait. During this time, several other people asked if we wanted assistance and we said no. We didn’t mind waiting. Finally, we were talking to Danny. I gave him my price point and what I wanted. He did not push me to get something better, he did not try to upscale anything. He did ask if I wanted a warranty and explained there are two option. 1. Do a membership. 2. Pick a plan that covers everything. He did not pressure us in anyway and I’m so glad he mentioned the warranty. He did ask us about a credit card but we know they are requested to do that, like any other retail business.

Overall, Danny was absolutely excellent. We recommended him to our friends and family.

The date we were there was 3.7.26 and we were there about 10:30-11:30.”

“I was in the store to get a new SIm Card because was requested for the Customer Service of Verizon to change it but I was waiting for 39 minutes and I never got the srrvuce, including never was registered to get the service, I hope they are no racist because I was the only Hispanic customer in the place for a full hour. Review: After I wrote this review I thought the Manager came to me and provide me the service. Great! I feel they respect everyone now!”
