“Definitely deserving of a 5+ star rating, I needed to PCS to Norfolk VA and be there by Monday starting on Friday, Aaron and the guys went above and beyond to fix my muffler, and fix my O2 sensor. The process started on Wednesday and I picked it up Friday, when my car came up with more issues after getting on it after about 3000 rpms or 70mph my car went into limp mode, I quickly called the shop to see if they could help me out one last time and they did so happily staying 4.5 hours after close just to make sure I could safely PCS.

“My car has been really loud for months, so I decided to go get it checked out. My friend recommended this place since he had previously got work done here. I scheduled a couple days ahead of time and walked in and out within 15 minutes. The staff was really friendly. My car issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly. They charged me a reasonable price too. Immediately my car sounds quieter. I'm really happy with my results! I would highly recommend and will be a return customer if anything comes up again!”

“Metro was fantastic to work with, both when my car got a scratch and when my husband’s car had some body damage to repair. In my case, even though they could have pushed me to pay them $500-$600 for the scratch repair, they instead encouraged me to first try out some touch up paint for about $20 that they mixed there right in store. They gave me clear directions on how to use it and answered my questions when I ran into a few snags doing it at home. They assured me my car would be protected as long as I got the touch up paint applied before winter, and said that if I was unhappy with the touch up paint, they’d be happy to fully repair the scratch. I was impressed that they didn’t push me to spend more money and helped me explore more cost effective options first. When they repaired my husband’s car, the work was done super quickly, and the quality of work was fantastic. You can’t tell anything ever happened to the car, and they did an excellent job blending and applying the tri-coat paint. I would definitely come back again in the future should I need it!”
“I would consider Big 3 Performance and owner, Aaron, the best of the best. I tell people this company is a 1%er. I am fortunate enough to have them build a 1964 1/2 Mustang Convertible (resto-mod) from first conception to completion. Aaron helped source the original frame and body as well as made me feel comfortable and included throughout the build. From running ideas and parts past me to open discussions of goals and timelines on this special build. He made sure budgets were adhered to and I was never surprised by overruns or costs as communication was open and regular. I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking for top-of-the-line work, craftsmanship and skill (of the complete team) this is your number one choice. When an owner and team are excited about what they are doing the passion come through in the quality of the build. I also can speak to the high number of satisfied customers (who seem to become friends) many are frequently stopping in to see Aaron and guys years after completion. This company is highly respected by the auto community. I also now feel confident (with never knowing the car world prior) in the knowledge gained and feel comfortable and able to engage with others in this arena after working with this incredible team.”

“I had to take my car in for for a dent which also caused my door not to be opened plus I had a gouge in my front quarter panel from a dumpster hinge. Oh my goodness the guys were so great they made it so I could open my door until my appointment date and when the time to pick up the car came, I could not believe my eyes. I had the most beautiful brand new car ever they went above and beyond. my car was detailed,the repairs were perfect and they buffed out scratches which absolutely madethe car look like it just came off the showroom floor. I can’t say enough for the quality of their workmanship on top of the way they do customer service outstanding best ever! And to top that off, they were the lowest of three estimates that I had I couldn’t have asked for better.”

“Well to start with everyone calls me cracker ...I met Jeff when he 1st opened up down the street by McDonald's down that way ...he had a little shop his lift wouldn't even lift a car up, without him removing part of the ceiling ....lol. he gave me great service, and I've never gone anywhere since ...except for to him.... to have my cars fixed. I know how to fix it myself ...but I'm handicapped now I'm in a wheelchair ..and it's hard for me to get under cars anymore.. if you're looking for a good job to be done, at a reasonable price.. the man is great and hes awful friendly too ..nice person to work with ..hes gotten bigger, but his prices didn't get big... Like a lot of people the bigger they get the bigger their prices get... not so with Jeff.Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“I cannot recommend Commercial Auto Body enough!!! I, coincidentally, had an accident right in front of their business. The owner came out and checked on everyone and offered bathrooms and a phone to use if we needed it. I decided right then that I would take my car there to get fixed.
The repairs on my car were large and would take a lot of time to complete. They finished it in a week and it was spectacular. Trinity is awesome and a very talented woman. She washed and detailed the inside of my car on her own merit. Super appreciative!
Prices are reasonable and they worked with my insurance!”

She was extremely helpful and looked at the damage on my car by looking at the pictures I sent her. She diagnosed the visual damage and order the parts so when my car arrived back in Green Bay the could begin to work on the repairs. Ashley who is the Rental Manger quickly lined up a rental and in three days my car was fixed, spotless with a shine inside and out and looks fantastic.
