Their pricing is very reasonable, their work and attention to detail is amazing, and I've gotten all my items back in only a couple of days.I also very much appreciate that they discuss all pricing and work to be done with you beforehand so there are no surprises. I did however have an engagement ring that had seen better days that required additional work beyond what we talked about originally and they called me to explain the work, give me a quote, and ask if I would like to move forward with the additional work (I feel like not all jewelers would get your approval before moving forward and would just tack on the additional charges).
