“I stopped in to have the band on my watch adjusted....I left the watch as the work could not be done right away....I came back later to pick-up the watch and had my American Family Championship shirt and ID badge on because I was headed to University Ridge as a volunteer for the event....the watch fit perfectly and I asked what I owed for the service....the woman (Kristi I believe and the DIL of Jerry Hermanson the owner and Mark Hermanson's wife) said twelve dollars....I was preparing to pay and Kristi asked if I was volunteering for the AmFam Tournament, which I stated I was...she replied that because I was volunteering for such a wonderful event, that the service was on them....I was flabbergasted and disagreed, but she insisted....great service and a wonderful gesture on her part....THANK YOU SO MUCH!”

“Very honest and reasonably priced. My mother has dealt with them for years to inspect her wedding ring. They found some warped posts holding her large diamond and repaired it w/o any issues. The jeweler himself worked for Condons jewelers for years before opening this location. The jeweler could tell by the diamond her ring was from Condons just by the cut and clarity. The only downside is the parking which isn't their fault. Would go there for a wedding ring, very reasonable vs the big stores”
