Paul, Kay and Anna came up with a beautiful design that was beyond our expectations and kept the whole project moving so we could get back into our kitchen asap. “We visited this location twice while determining new flooring for our dining room. Last evening we made our decision to purchase one of the hardwood floors. Within less than a minute of our arrival to the flooring area, the employee in the area had greeted us and offered his assistance. He then ensured they had enough of the flooring available and also provided assistance locating trim pieces and the matching stain. He also offered to load the flooring (11 boxes) into our vehicle. At the checkouts we were warmly greeted by additional associates who also welcomed our dog into the store. Such great customer service and a pleasant experience! Michael went above and beyond to solve a complex issue with a bath kit that had me stumped. His knowledge, patience, and problem-solving skills made all the difference, and he didn’t stop until everything was fully resolved.
I also want to recognize the amazing customer service I received from Karen and Angel. Both were friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. It’s rare to find a team that works so well together to take care of their customers, but they truly delivered.
