“The people at the counter are always nice, the mail delivery lady is always nice too! Everything is always on time, only ONE time that ive been here have we not recieved the mail and that was this year when we got attacked with snow! Theres barely any mixed up mail and if it is its never a big deal we just run over to whoever it was meant to and out it in there mail box.”
“Lately I have been absolutely thrilled with the absence of wait times and the customer service I received from clerk number 21. I did fill out their survey that they always ask you about but today when I inquired if she had heard about it, she said she had not and that they did not inform her of the positive review I left. I’m sure reviews that bring up issues of concern. Those employees are not notified. I would hope that the post office does also inform their employees of the positive reviews we leave. Either way the East Side post office is a good choice contrary to my experiences at the west side.”

“I moved to a new place and after a few weeks I still was not receiving any of my mail at my new home, regardless of whether it was forwarded or addressed directly to my new home. Creating a Service Request online was unhelpful; it was closed one day later without resolving my problem and they never reached out with any questions. Minus 1 star for that frustrating experience.
However, I went in person and the carrier was very helpful. They went into the mail room to investigate and found that the previous owner had placed a mail hold, and hand delivered all my wrongfully held mail. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.”
“I’ve been visiting the CG post office for 12 years now & they continue to exude the catered, small town, courtesy that I’ve always appreciated. They go above & beyond to ensure that my packages are delivered promptly & safely & they always smile & tell me to “have a great day!” It’s these little things that set them apart from other post offices in the area & the reason I rarely go anywhere else.”

“It is ridiculous that a person cannot call the post office and actually speak to a person...all you get is a robot giving you options to press this for this and that for that...irritating because if you didn't need a person to talk to you wouldn't be calling...everything the robot gives you options for you can do on your computer so why would you call? The postal ladies that have delivered are very nice but this post office is a bit irritating in that they can't pick up the phone to answer a question that would take 2 minutes...it's a small town post office, it's not that busy that someone can't pick up the phone...and if they are busy all they would have to do is say I"m very busy right now can I return your call when I have more time...take the number down and call back.”

“Ivy was AWESOME! I needed fingerprints scanned on a Saturday and Ivy was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the whole process. The fingerprint scanners can be a bit finicky but Ivy was on top of if. Thank you again!”
