They let you look and discuss on your own without the added annoyance or pressure but they stay close for help and questions if needed which is a huge deal for me! I love the table we chose, and the price was amazing! we are going back to look at couches and beds as well. The prices are very affordable, even more so than the “discount” stores. Hom is one of the best furniture companies in Duluth in my opinion!”

“We went here to purchase 4 chairs. We left with 2 and couldn't be happier! Russ was the salesman working with us. He was so friendly and welcoming and accommodating. He let us know right away what sales were going on and what he had in stock or when he could get it in stock at a later date. We got to bring home two chairs and ordered two more. We looked at 4 other stores and this one was THE BEST by far. Not only was there an incredible sale going on. But the two chairs we ordered would be delivered for 1/4 of the cost that Slumberland would have the exact same chairs delivered. AND we got the EXACT same chairs for about 3/4 of the cost than at Slumberland. 10/10 will be coming back.”

“This was my first time visiting Target since moving here. Today there was an elderly lady having pin issues with her card. Wendy the cashier treated her with the utmost care and respect. It is nearing Christmas and the checkout lines are busy and people are extra rude in today's society. Wendy tried to do everything she could to help troubleshoot the woman's issue. After some time she put her cart on hold and had her call the card company and even offered to assist her with the call if needed. Wendy then proceeded to thank the rest of us forour patience. Wendy is the text book version of excellent customer service, I am sure this is how she works everyday and she should be recognized as her attitude and level of care for the customer is rarely seen this day and age. Thank you Wendy. If she hasn't got a Christmas bonus yet now would be the time to gove her one. Faith in humanity restored.”
