Person I checked in with, her name is Natalie. And she did not acknowledge that I was a diamond. She did not offer me any water. I had to ask for it. And she really seemed like she had an attitude and did not want to be there. Otherwise I've never had a problem at this location

It was a great stay, just as expected. Everything was clean and we got a very nice view. The only criticism I have is that the shower door wouldn't stay closed, so I had to stuff a rag against the hinge to keep it closed, but this was a very minor issue.
