I’ve been wearing these Keen leather boots for almost 10 years and finally ripped out one of the heel loops this winter, making them impossible to put on. They fixed the one loop and reinforced the other in two days and for the originally quoted price of $20. We live in Duluth but I’ll happily make the trek over for my next shoe repair.”

“Had an amazing experience at this store. It is my birthday week and my brother and dad decided to pitch in for a gift. I decided on red wings since my brother has a pair of iron rangers. Me and my brother both went to the store together and Walter was the one who helped me buy my first pair. He was very informative helpful friendly and patient. We looked at various boots and he explained the pros and cons suggested proper sizing and overall knew everything there is needed to get a great pair of boots.
