“We stopped into the Sussex WI store on Saturday afternoon due to a potential battery issue. Vance checked to see if the issue was the battery or the alternator. Luckily it was just the battery! Vance was very helpful all around. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He spent time talking my husband through how to change the battery. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone for their car care needs. Thanks to Vance and the other store staff we were back on the road and headed home in no time flat!”

“Purchased a used transmission through a marketplace listing and it ended being sold by H&H. Andrew was prompt, thorough, and personable. I'd not swapped a transmission on my own before, so he took the time to walk me through some commons pitfalls to watch out for. He made it clear that if I ran into any problems, to reach back out. It's a scrapyard at heart, so if walking and seeing piles of parts on the floor makes you squeamish, know what you're getting into.
