Had one fuel injector replaced , O2 sensor diagnosed and replaced and burned out catalytic converter replaced. I've also come here for emissions testing. Always prompt, explaining things and once they had issues getting the catalytic in and called to let me know when to expect it. Always friendly and courteous. The shop is always clean and organized and the waiting area clean. I'm the type that will do a lot of my own services on my cars but some things I just don't want to do and it's nice to have a place like this that you can trust.”

“I’m from Chicago and my van broke down in Germantown WI. A guy in the store i was shopping at suggested Richfield Service. I first tried to call my Allstate roadside assistance with a wait of 2 hrs! So i called Richfield. They let me know they were booked. They could tow me but only a slight chance they would be able to get to me that day. Not alot of options so i took a chance.Within 15 minutes! the tow driver came and REALLY gave a valiant effort to get the van started right there! However i needed to be towed back to the shop. They again let me know they might not be able to get to me that afternoon but feel free to hang out in the waiting area—-coffee and tea bar!!! They even lent me a plug to charge my phone. Since i’m from Chicago i expected i’d have to get a room somewhere for the night....dread! Then i hear ‘Rod we got your van started’ !! And the whole ordeal for UNDER $100!!!!! What!?? Can’t say enough good things about everyone i encountered here!! Very friendly (especially the tow driver don’t remember his name). I was back home in Chicago by 4:30pm!!! THANKS AGAIN!!!!”

After putting the wheels on my Jeep and driving it the TPMS warning light came on.F and F Tire was able to get my Jeep in for TPMS issue right away and had it fixed in a couple of hours. “I went in because I saw a screw in my tire and low tire pressure light was on. Jason took my car in immediately upon arrival. Removed the tire in question, removed the screw and ran it through the dunk test. He immediately determined the screw didn't go all the way through. He reinstalled the tire, properly inflated all 4 tires and had me on my way in 15 minutes and didn't even charge me for his time. That's an honest mechanic and will recommend these people highly.”

“Only my second time ever at a Costco, but I think my first time to this one. It was super clean and fairly easy to navigate. There's a spot for self check-out and also cashiers to ring you out. There's a guy manning the door and each receipt is checked before you leave. I wanted to come here right my friend because I wanted these coconut roll snacks that they typically carry. Alas, they did not have the coconut rolls, but what they did have was my favorite Candy/snack ever. Chocolate covered coconut almonds. And they come in a big bag and oh my god these are so dangerous. If you like coconut, you absolutely have to give these a try. I'm obsessed and feel I need to return solely for this item. Parking was easy and it wasn't too busy, although the parking lot looked packed. I was able to get gas at a cheaper price too, which I really appreciated. Outside from a few snack items, I did actually grocery shop but found most of the stuff so unnecessary. I didn't need two huge bottles of ketchup but it would have been nice to get one big bottle or one normal sized bottle. It's neither here nor there. You come to get things in bulk or you just don't get much. The style of shopping isn't really for me but I'll be back for my favorite snacks.”
