“I don’t even know where to start….easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a store. I’ve been looking for something for TWO YEARS!!!!! I finally found it. The lady who helped me, she grabbed me a cart and then mentioned there’s another one too. I WAS LOOKING FOR TWO!!!!!!! So I’m very grateful she mentioned about the second one. And then she put both on hold at the front. Excellent. Then everybody in between were so freaking nice. And then someone helped me out the items in my car. Super cool. I know they were just doing their job but they were nice on top of it. Silly rant but i was so delighted with the experience. I did call the store too to give them this same information. Very awesome. My Birthday weekend MADE. I will be returning. Plus the section is always AWESOME. thanks again!!!!!!”
“I had a pleasant experience working with Maria at the Southwest Waukesha Kohl’s. I had problems with 2 of my orders that I ordered online. Both orders were sent to me in the wrong size, right product ordered completely wrong size. She helped with who I needed to talked to and how to reach them to try to get the problems solve, to let them know that e commerce wasn’t shipping the correct sized product. Maria was extremely helpful as much as she could do on her end. The product that was being purchased could only have it ordered online. Product isn’t carried in any of the stores.
I do have to say that Kohl’s needs to do better with their products being shipped and keeping the sizes up to date on line when ordering a specific product that can only be purchased on line.

The next day we went to track the phone, the manager had it and returned it but they also left all her purchases in a big box so she didn't have to reshop! “Ross Dress for Less is a hit or miss shopping experience. If you are looking for something specific it might not happen. Besides dresses there is amazing and unique kitchen gadgets, cookware, utensils, etc. They also have a small selection of furniture, bedding, baskets, etc. Overall, a 4 Star might be too high, but it’s basically a 3.5 Star.”
“Had my pickup in there and the service techs refused to lift it using the proper lift but Jeff the service writer there, went above and beyond and had it lifted to put my new tires on, Jeff deserves a raise”
