“I come in Wednesday's before work to get the $5 sushi deal. I came in early today before the discount sushi was on the floor. The man working at the counter offered to make me the sushi rolls I wanted and have it ready for me by the time I was done shopping for my other items. So kind and helpful!!”

“I’ve been to Sierra Trading Post a number of times before. To me, it feels like the TJ Maxx of athletic gear, outdoor equipment, and pet supplies. They have an excellent selection of clothing for people of all ages and sizes. They also have a really extensive selection of items for dogs, but not so much for cats. What’s with that?
On this trip, we picked up a 15-lb dumbbell and a couple of clothing items.”
“I love to go to fleet farm they be having everything. My experience was great it's just this particular time we went to get 3 window fans and 2 tall fans, it appeared to be extremely dusty in the store and had my allergies going bunkers and eyes on fire. The boxes were very dusty and got all over my clothes. Besides that customer service was very nice and welcoming and I always can find something I'm looking for or not looking for. 9/10”
“Had a wonderful experience shopping here due to Kim's wonderful customer service! Kim greeted me warmly and immediately when she saw me, processed my 3 Amazon returns quickly, and I was lucky enough to have her as my cashier as well. Friendly customer service is so hard to find these days so I very much appreciated her professionalism and willingness to help me. I don't do much shopping but will definitely consider this Kohls location in the future thanks to the nice experience that I had with Kim today. “Have always had fast, friendly service at this tjmaxx. I made a return today and James was my cashier. He had great customer service skills and was very friendly. I tried to do the survey from my return receipt, but the tjmaxx site kept on telling me error. I visited on 5/25/2026 a little bit after 7:00pm”
“Came in looking for a couple of lamp shades and a mattress pad. The store had a large selection of lamp shades, but we couldn't find a matching pair that worked for us. We did, however, find the mattress pad we were looking for.
The store is large, well organized, and clean. It's an easy place to shop, with a wide variety of home furnishings and household items.
A good place to shop for home essentials.”
“I had a pleasant experience working with Maria at the Southwest Waukesha Kohl’s. I had problems with 2 of my orders that I ordered online. Both orders were sent to me in the wrong size, right product ordered completely wrong size. She helped with who I needed to talked to and how to reach them to try to get the problems solve, to let them know that e commerce wasn’t shipping the correct sized product. Maria was extremely helpful as much as she could do on her end. The product that was being purchased could only have it ordered online. Product isn’t carried in any of the stores.
I do have to say that Kohl’s needs to do better with their products being shipped and keeping the sizes up to date on line when ordering a specific product that can only be purchased on line.

I like the little cafeteria tables and chairs area just off in the corner next to the deli. With free WiFi it's a nice place to take a break before or after shopping.”
“The gentleman who was cashiering for my son and I this evening, Thurs., July 23, was great and made my whole day. He explained (without being pushy) that if I used my Kohls charge I could get extra % off on top of the clearance price and the two coupons I already had (I thought I could only use one of them, but he went out of his way to let me know I could use my new one, too). I ended up paying 1/3 of the clearance price for my son's Hurley jacket. What a deal!! I wouldn't have gotten a price like this at Marshall's. Thank you, sir! We will be back because of you!”

“My daughter left her phone there the night before and couldn't pay for her purchases. The next day we went to track the phone, the manager had it and returned it but they also left all her purchases in a big box so she didn't have to reshop! Excellent customer service, really friendly staff. Huge inventory, neat and clean store.”

“A bit tricky finding the counter (customer service) to drop off Amazon Returns...the store itself is clean, and as organized as can be, (with customers sloppily leaving items placed back messily, or entirely disregarding any manners at all, and just leaving all random merchandise strewn all over like witless swine).”
“I have really noticed the improvement in Friendlyness of Employees , also very helpful if asked for merchandise. A Smile and a friendly Hello goes so far.
Now just get rid of the young female Employees with their Face in their Phone and you will be back to GREAT.”
“A Target run is a weekly mission for us. The store is always clean and we can usually find what we need. Lately we have been shopping on the app and using the outdoor pick up. The orders have been correct and the folks that come to the car are friendly.”

“Linda in the curtain dept did a phenomenal job. I remember her the last couple of times. She's very friendly but what topped it to 5 stars is she was very helpful in helping me figure out my vision which I was struggling with. She wasn't pushy. She figured out what I liked and didn't like and navigated me to what I wanted. Give her a raise and I will be back.”
“Visiting this Ross is always great they have good things although there’s not many employees I feel like here they are always nice and respectful, Gabriel helped me out at the register and he was just a very sweet person and I really liked how when he handed me the bag he handed it to me with the handles ready for me to grab idk i just thought that was very nice!!!”
“Compared to other Walmarts in and around Milwaukee, people actually help you and you don't feel like an inconvenience.
The main reason I didn't give it a 5-star review was because there are times where workers are more involved in their phones or chit chatting with other employees (not about business), instead of being aware of their surroundings and obvious signs of someone looking for assistance (ie: blinking/help lights at self-checkout)
I feel this is part of the downward spiral of society in general, so I didn't use it to overly lower the overall rating of comparatively very good service at this store.”
“Two employees worked together to look up the product I needed per my doctor to relieve polyneuropathy pain. It was located in a back storage area. It was so new that it was not on display yet. I applied the Dr. Teal's Magnesium Spray as soon as I got home. Immediate pain relief was achieved. Thank you to the two kind and efficient ladies!”

“Had the best customer experience buying tires and inquiring about the details. Ashley in the Auto department went above and beyond to help me find the right tires online, and went over the process of ordering them, she even checked her sales rack for me. Customer service like this is very rare. She was more knowledgeable on tires than her competitor I called at Firestone. 5 stars!”
