“Great place for all of your outdoor gear! Not a lot of shoes, but lots of coats, jackets, sweaters and socks. I got a really nice Carthart jacket/coat for $42, that normally goes for around $125 or more.”
“This Fleet Farm has the best service and has had the best service of any Fleet Farm I have ever been to and I have been shopping here my entire life. The people here are kind, helpful and the store is always perfect. The service from the Auto Center set the bar for all other service centers. This is as good as it gets. I am very happy with the service I received here and I will continue coming back for another 30 years!!!”
“Had a wonderful experience shopping here due to Kim's wonderful customer service! Kim greeted me warmly and immediately when she saw me, processed my 3 Amazon returns quickly, and I was lucky enough to have her as my cashier as well. Friendly customer service is so hard to find these days so I very much appreciated her professionalism and willingness to help me. “I had a pleasant experience working with Maria at the Southwest Waukesha Kohl’s. I had problems with 2 of my orders that I ordered online. Both orders were sent to me in the wrong size, right product ordered completely wrong size. She helped with who I needed to talked to and how to reach them to try to get the problems solve, to let them know that e commerce wasn’t shipping the correct sized product. Maria was extremely helpful as much as she could do on her end. The product that was being purchased could only have it ordered online. Product isn’t carried in any of the stores.
I do have to say that Kohl’s needs to do better with their products being shipped and keeping the sizes up to date on line when ordering a specific product that can only be purchased on line.

“What a great experience I had here last night around 7:30p.
The gal in the Jewelry Department is an absolute doll. She let me take my time and engaged with me in problem-solving.
We settled on a perfect pair of small gold hoops that I kept in all night and they are still in this morning.
She knows her department so well! And even walked with me to the front register. Those customer service representatives were fun too.
Best department store visit I have had in a long time!

I like the little cafeteria tables and chairs area just off in the corner next to the deli. With free WiFi it's a nice place to take a break before or after shopping.”

“My daughter left her phone there the night before and couldn't pay for her purchases. The next day we went to track the phone, the manager had it and returned it but they also left all her purchases in a big box so she didn't have to reshop! Excellent customer service, really friendly staff. Huge inventory, neat and clean store.”

“Nice place to shop at. Although every time I’m here, there seems to be a shortage of cashiers but the lines usually move pretty quick, so not the end of the world. Otherwise, good selection of home goods, makeup, skincare, clothing and foods. Target is one of my go-to places for gifts.”
“The New Berlin Target store is my favorite. It has a big selection, always well stocked, and organized. Employee's appear to like being at work and helping others.”

“A bit tricky finding the counter (customer service) to drop off Amazon Returns...the store itself is clean, and as organized as can be, (with customers sloppily leaving items placed back messily, or entirely disregarding any manners at all, and just leaving all random merchandise strewn all over like witless swine).”

“Ross Dress for Less is a hit or miss shopping experience. If you are looking for something specific it might not happen. Besides dresses there is amazing and unique kitchen gadgets, cookware, utensils, etc. They also have a small selection of furniture, bedding, baskets, etc. Overall, a 4 Star might be too high, but it’s basically a 3.5 Star.”

“Linda in the curtain dept did a phenomenal job. I remember her the last couple of times. She's very friendly but what topped it to 5 stars is she was very helpful in helping me figure out my vision which I was struggling with. She wasn't pushy. She figured out what I liked and didn't like and navigated me to what I wanted. Give her a raise and I will be back.”

“Compared to other Walmarts in and around Milwaukee, people actually help you and you don't feel like an inconvenience.
The main reason I didn't give it a 5-star review was because there are times where workers are more involved in their phones or chit chatting with other employees (not about business), instead of being aware of their surroundings and obvious signs of someone looking for assistance (ie: blinking/help lights at self-checkout)
I feel this is part of the downward spiral of society in general, so I didn't use it to overly lower the overall rating of comparatively very good service at this store.”
