“Installers were very much in a hurry, in and out in less than 30 minutes. To include removal of old fridge. Never wiped down the fridge, left no door spacing tool, left no tool for the removal of the door handles, never attempted to level fridge. I had to ask how the fridge was leveled. Seemed very rushed.”

“From the salesman, to helping us find incentives to price match, to the heads up on delivery time-just wonderful! Our delivery men were hardworking, removed the old appliances and were very careful to ensure no damage happened when moving our items. We went into Grand Appliance looking for a fridge, and came out with an appliance package. I fell in love with the new sapphire blue washer and dryer. My husband bought them for me for Sweetest Day! They even delivered appliances for us up in Northern Wisconsin. Great job!”

“I stopped in last week with basic questions about T-Mobile cell service and home internet. After reviewing the plans I decided to switch both of my services to T-Mobile. Went back today and Lucia and Ricky helped me again. It didn't take them long to switch over my phone at the store. Setting up the home internet service was easy too. If asked I'd send my friends to this store, they did a good job.”

“When you walk in the door it has a Target-feel to it! That is half the Target experience! It’s peaceful, a great getaway when you just want to hang out somewhere. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I often find myself having random conversations with other guests, because it’s just an atmosphere where everyone is talking, smiling and in a good mood. That’s what I call the Target experience. And to top it off, there’s always a great deal to find, and just what you’re looking for, and in some cases, things you didn’t know you needed lol. I love my Targé boutique!”

Place was pretty busy when I got there but I was promptly greeted by an associate, and waited less than 5 minutes to be assisted by Harold while he finished up with another client. I told him what I was looking for and he expertly walked me through my options and helped me pick what was going to work best for me. He didn’t try to over sell me, but rather find the best fit for my needs. He was exceptionally pleasant to speak with and quick and efficient. I was signed up for what I needed and out the door completely satisfied in less time than I’m used to being in a wireless store. Been doing business with T Mobile since Sprint switched over, and Harold reminded me why. Sprint never had this kind of customer service!! Thanks for making my day quick and easy! “First off, if you go to this location, ask for Nick or Michael. They were amazing. I went in on Thursday with a broken phone and no insurance (my fault). I was wondering if there were any reasonable options without having to pay off the remaining $780 on my phone. I didn't really give it much thought as to what my options were and a young lady didn't offer much help. She only presented me with the option of paying off the phone.I gave it some thought over the weekend and thought maybe I had some options (open a second line or buy a cheaper refurbished phone). I went back in and thankfully started talking to Nick instead of the young lady I had talked with previously. Nick was more than happy to help and gave me a more than reasonable solution to my issue that didn't cost me $780. I can't thank him enough!”

“You can tell that this store has been remodeled recently and is kept in good shape, from the exterior through the various departments inside the store.I didn't spend much time here but I was disappointed that the one employee I encountered walked right by me without acknowledging me and stopped my shopping companion to ask if he needed something just around the corner from where I was. Not sure why I wasn't deemed acceptable to talk to and he was...I don't find myself in the deep red counties that often, but I would stop here again if I was in the area.”
