“Went into Delafield WI UPS store to make Amazon return. Had completed all the necessary steps ahead of time except printing label. Was courteously assisted almost immediately by Sydney who was both professional and friendly in her service. I thanked her for not making me feel stupid (for not knowing what I was doing — unlike a previous experience at Kohl’s Delafield). I was in and out in about 5+ minutes. Highly recommend Sydney and this location! Thanks again, Sydney!”

“I've been to the Fed Ex/Kinkos in Menomonee Falls several times to use their self-service copy/scan/fax machines. The manager and staff person that have been there each visit have been personable and helpful. I left my credit card at home once and they were able to give me a code to use and then I could pay with cash. If you come after 5:00 pm or do you should expect to run into delivery person with large numbers of packages. This is the nature of the business.”

“This place worked hard to make sure I got my package after another delivery location mis-sorted it. The manager did it first thing in the morning when they got there. The package was late due to another plant, but because of their work I did not lose thousands of dollars and months of time that would have been lost if they did not get this to me when they did.
