In the past few weeks I have come into the store several times with a large amount of online shopping returns to a clothing store. I needed assistance with sending them back both via regular shipping and a method called “Happy Returns” where they have to scan a QR code and then the tag of each
piece of clothing I was returning from that order. This was along with the regular UPS returns, where they taped the boxes up for me and everything .

Despite this being a time consuming process (and me coming in like a disorganized tornado, very close to closing time, lol) Usman, Sami, Ev, Matt, and Dill provided me with excellent, attentive, patient, and the friendliest of customer service on all occasions I came in. They made the last step in what was a stressful process for me, easy and reassuring.

They have gained a lifelong customer in me and I absolutely recommend them to anyone for all of their shipping needs, they are simply the best! Thank you so much guys!!”

“Went to fed ex for copying and faxing stuff. I was so lucky to run into Claire who is at the front desk. I’m 78 years old and don’t know how to fax. Don’t have a copy machine. Don’t have a computer. I have a iPhone and a iPad. Anyway, I had important stuff to get out to an insurance company. Claire was so helpful so experience so thorough in her job. I had two hours on the phone with my insurance companies and Claire made me feel better after the two hours with them on the phone.
