“Great place for all of your outdoor gear! Not a lot of shoes, but lots of coats, jackets, sweaters and socks. I got a really nice Carthart jacket/coat for $42, that normally goes for around $125 or more.”

“Can't say enough about the exceptional service and caring that was extended to myself and my two daughters from Karie and the alterations staff that helped us.... I am a somewhat capable seamstress and thought I could hem my own dress .. well life happens and my world turned upside down with the unexpected and time escaped me and here I was a month and a half out from the wedding and my dress was not hemmed and I am the mother of the bride !!! My daughter the bride was having her alterations done here and i came with her -- so in desperation I asked "would you be somehow able to hem my dress as well?" .. and Karie said absolutely !.. and fit me in the schedule right then and there !!! And a week later, my daughter the maid of honor brought her dress to them as well. From beginning to end for myself, my daughter the maid of honor, and my daughter the bride - the professionalism and caring was exceptional - so were the workmanship of all the alterations - they made sure my daughters and I were 100% happy and did what was necessary to make it what we wanted.. The cost was disclosed to us upfront and it was honored throughout - no additional hidden fees..... They took care of all 3 of us - and we do not hesitate to speak highly of them to anyone we know that need great, efficient and perfect alterations - If you need alterations, come here first- you wont need to look any further - definitely 5+ star service !! Thank you staff at Influence Apparel so much for outfitting us so beautifully !!!”

“I had a pleasant experience working with Maria at the Southwest Waukesha Kohl’s. I had problems with 2 of my orders that I ordered online. Both orders were sent to me in the wrong size, right product ordered completely wrong size. She helped with who I needed to talked to and how to reach them to try to get the problems solve, to let them know that e commerce wasn’t shipping the correct sized product. Maria was extremely helpful as much as she could do on her end. The product that was being purchased could only have it ordered online. Product isn’t carried in any of the stores.
I do have to say that Kohl’s needs to do better with their products being shipped and keeping the sizes up to date on line when ordering a specific product that can only be purchased on line.

First store I’ve stepped into where the items were correctly in the right sized sections: smalls were in the small section, mediums were in the mediums, etc. The two staff members were very professional without being pushy. “My daughter left her phone there the night before and couldn't pay for her purchases. The next day we went to track the phone, the manager had it and returned it but they also left all her purchases in a big box so she didn't have to reshop! “Ross Dress for Less is a hit or miss shopping experience. If you are looking for something specific it might not happen. Besides dresses there is amazing and unique kitchen gadgets, cookware, utensils, etc. They also have a small selection of furniture, bedding, baskets, etc. Overall, a 4 Star might be too high, but it’s basically a 3.5 Star.”
