Wisconsin Aged Cheddar is a gem and a little patch of heaven in the middle of a small town, located in a quaint neighborhood at the end of a street. This family-owned cheese cellar is a 100 year old thriving cheese maker, operating for four generations in a nostalgic basement. It is an old school, outstanding cheese establishment with a wonderful and friendly staff. They offer great cheese with great values, including primo cheddar, fabulous brick cheese, incredible 18 year cheddar, and delicious Alpine cheese. Many people come in for bags of still-warm cheese curds, which are so tasty and fresh. The operation is right in front of your eyes and is neat to see. They also ship cheese. It is highly recommended for anyone who wants some good cheese and a bit of Wisconsin history.

I had cheese curds shipped to New Orleans for my daughter's wedding... They had the Wednesday curds delivered on Friday morning. They were so good and everyone enjoyed a little bit of Wisconsin at the reception!!

Stopped to grab some cheese curds. They had tons of samples. We fell in love with the anniversary Alpine and bought the 18 year cheddar on a whim. The 18 year is one of the most incredible cheeses I've ever had in my life!
