“I've been to this store twice to sell jewelry. On both occasions, from the time I walked in the store, to the time I walked out, absolute professionalism! While going thru the process, the entire staff showed empathy, but also showed excellent customer service. At no point did i feel pressured like you see on those hack TV shows.
