“Anna & Amber have the best customer service any store could ask for. I’ve been to a few different EZ Pawns and this is my favorite location because of these to. I highly recommend you coming to this location and trust me these 2 women will answer all the questions you have and with a smile on their face. 10 OUT OF 10 to these two and this location.”

“I've been to this store twice to sell jewelry. On both occasions, from the time I walked in the store, to the time I walked out, absolute professionalism! While going thru the process, the entire staff showed empathy, but also showed excellent customer service. At no point did i feel pressured like you see on those hack TV shows. These guys, and girls, are the real deal! They are human, just like the rest of us, and they show it. 5 stars for sure in my book!! Im going to keep going back!! Thank you again! Wish these Bills wouldn't keep coming up!! :-)”

“Excellent place. I have been a customer of this Walgreens for the past 20 years. Mainly a customer of the pharmacy. Pharmacist Joe is hands down the best of the very best. Extremely knowledgeable, smart, knows more than any doctor I know. Professional, kind, honest, and always goes above and beyond. Great staff. Always polite and accommodating.”

“I have been with this location for a long time. And I have to say I was not always the professional one. But Everyone especially Vic stayed professional and helped me out a lot. Not only that. He helped the Combined Veterans of McHenry out last year and donated one day Phone service for the Sailors Thanksgiving hosted by the VFW. You put a lot of smiles on Sailors faces that day.”

“Prepare for an unforgettable convenience store experience at Round Lake's 7-Eleven! This place is a roller coaster ride of hilarity. The Angry Overnight Guy steals the show with his scowls and late-night rants that are pure comedy gold. The shelves are a treasure trove of surprises, like unicorn tear-flavored chips. The staff, while not as grumpy, are friendly and helpful. So, if you're tired of mundane shopping, this 7-Eleven is your ticket to laughter-filled adventures. Say hi to the Angry Overnight Guy and brace yourself for a convenience store like no other. It's comedy, snacks, and unforgettable moments in one package!”
