I was shuttled to the rental place. I received regular text updates - the charges and paperwork was explained clearly and succinctly. They also took the rental car back for me at pick up. Everybody was so kind and cheerful. I can't think of a single improvement they could make.”

“I would give 4.5/5 stars (see below); Google does not allow ½ stars so I’ll round up to 5!The body work and customer service were both excellent! Much quicker availability than other shops I called, and everyone was very pleasant to work with. Once my vehicle was deemed total loss and I decided to pay OOP, Bubba worked with me to customize what/how it was repaired. I also appreciated the frequent text updates.The only minor issue (reason for a "4.5") was that once I drove away I quickly noticed the blinker of the headlamp that was replaced (one small part of a lot of otherwise great work done) did not work. I confirmed that neither blinker or headlamp worked, checked fuses, etc. I called them and they fixed it that same day (turns out the pins in the electrical connections didn't quite line up). I was very satisfied with the quickness that they resolved the issue, but ideally the lights should have been checked before releasing the vehicle. Not a big deal, just a minor hiccup to an otherwise great experience and excellent work.Services: Painting”

“I needed to replace my driver side mirror after an encounter with a deer and had purchased a replacement. The impact from the deer had puckered the metal to which the mirror was attached. I wanted to see if any additional damage was done so brought it for an estimate at Ball Body Shop's convenient drive up. The estimator, Cim, looked everything over and we concluded the mirror was all that was needed. It was dangerous to drive without the mirror. I could either get on their schedule a month later or call around to mechanics. Cim assessed the current work load and offered to replace the mirror for me on the spot. This was such an amazing and unexpected offer. I took a seat in the waiting room while Cim got to work. I was SO relieved and grateful to have this done quickly so I could drive safely. Thank you, Cim and Ball Body Shop!”
