Not only English and Spanish as they have in Europe. Better yet insert your card and have the ATM detect your preferred language. (2) The focus on woman from the CEO is very annoying and overwhelming at times.”

“I figured I would leave this review since my experience with this CU has been so different from the numerous negative reviews on here. I have a car loan through Landmark, everything has gone very smoothly (including uploading proof of insurance, etc), they have been very accommodating with payments, I haven't experienced any hidden or unexpected fees or anything else suspicious, and so far am very happy with the limited business I have had with Landmark. I was even able to talk to a real person within minutes of calling them during heavy business hours and received timely and accurate information. I suppose my experience may be an outlier considering the low overall rating, but mine has been nothing but positive.”
