“We have been bringing our Marley here for many years now. Over the last year he has been able to stay home by himself. But over the years Tail waggers have always accommodated Marley in any situation and they handled it amazingly. We take him here for day care or grooming spa days. They actually listen to our grooming request. The staff is super nice and always welcoming. We don’t come as much anymore but when we do he is always excited and comes home happy and tired !”

“We cannot say enough good things about Angel’s Wish. We adopted all three of our babies, Frank, Archie, and Freddie through them, and the entire experience was nothing short of wonderful. From the very beginning, they were patient, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. They were so sweet with our three boys, even when the kids understandably got antsy and loud because well… they were done. 😂 Angel’s Wish never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. Instead, they met us with grace and understanding. Our cats are truly amazing and fit into our family perfectly. You can tell how much care and love goes into the way Angel’s Wish places their animals. We were especially grateful to receive handmade small blankets and toys upon their adoption! Such a thoughtful and kind gift that our cats adore! Angel’s Wish doesn’t just help you adopt pets…they help you build your family. We are endlessly thankful for them and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking to adopt. 💜 We also want to share that while reading reviews, we came across a few negative ones that felt discouraging at first. After going through the adoption process ourselves, we truly believe many of those concerns come from misunderstandings rather than lack of care. Policies like encouraging kittens to be adopted in pairs or carefully reviewing veterinary records clearly reflect Angel’s Wish’s commitment to doing what’s best for the animals long-term. We also saw mention of serious illnesses that developed after adoption, which is heartbreaking, but we learned that these are things no rescue could reasonably predict. When one of our own cats showed mild URI symptoms after coming home, Angel’s Wish was kind, responsive, and reassuring, and we fully understood that this was not something within their control. Our experience consistently showed compassion, honesty, and a genuine desire to support both the animals and the families who adopt them.”

“Brought my dog in to give her a bath and the rooms were clean and well stocked with amazing products. Very reasonable price too! My dog loves duck feet which they didn’t have in stock. So, they special ordered some for her! She says thank you!”

“Nutzy Mutz is the place for all your animal needs - from food to littler to toys and gear! Liz Perry and her staff are all kind and knowledgeable. Liz is very generous with her knowledge and is always willing to consult if I have a question about my cats, their behaviors or their health. Both stores are bright and vibrant and adorable! Highly recommend!”

“Susie bathed and groomed my Bruno today. She was very sweet, kind, and professional. And she did a fine job on his cut! She also pointed out a little bite or scrape on his leg that we need to watch (something that was obviously not done by her). I really appreciated her alerting me to this. The woman at the counter was really friendly, too.”

“We took our 3-year-old Golden Retriever to Pet Supplies Plus in Fitchburg for his first grooming appointment today, and it was by far the best grooming he’s ever had! In the past, we’ve often picked him up from other groomers and could barely tell he’d been trimmed. This time, he looks amazing. The attention to detail was exceptional, and we’ll definitely be back!”

“We came to pick up a large dog crate. Turns out it was too large for our vehicle. Sean was most helpful in transporting the crate, returning the crate, then transporting a smaller crate to our vehicle. He was patient, helpful and pleasant on a very hot and humid afternoon. Excellent customer service!”
