“Great service! I was very grateful for how well everything went with Disch. I slid on ice off the road and into snow, so naturally, I needed someone to come tow me out.
Every other towing service I reached out to had hours of wait time. After being on hold with Finish Line for 45 minutes and never hearing an actual person once, and never even being able to reach Trollway at all, Disch picked up after one ring and got to my car within the next 30 minutes. The process was no hassle at all, and despite the fact that even my battery had died, we were done and I was back on the road very quickly.
My only slight issue whatsoever is that the price seemed slightly steeper than some of the alternatives. Considering I was a ways out of town and they arrived quickly unlike any of those alternatives, I cant really complain about that either though.
If I'm ever in a similar situation, I know who I'd call or recommend others to call!”
“My car became undriveable while visiting Madison for the weekend. I dropped it off at Budd's Sunday morning, they did tests Monday afternoon, and had it fixed first thing Tuesday morning so I could drive it home for Thanksgiving. I know nothing about how much car repairs should cost but my dad says it was definitely fair, 10/10 recommend :)”

“Excellent service & price! I went in with symptoms that led to a ball joint replacement. They explained everything clearly and were very polite from beginning to end. Being a female, I get used to being talked down to at shops, but they were very respectful and talked to me as a normal person. Another shop tried to charge me over 4 times the amount for what they did. Now my car is working smoothly and my wallet doesn’t hurt as much! I will definitely be coming back here for my future car needs!”

The service was super friendly and they were on time even for holiday week with being obviously busy. She needed new lug nuts but had no money after getting the tires. Connor met me as soon as I entered the store and took care of the prep work. He was courteous, thorough, and communicated well throughout the installation. The installer, as well as the shop manager, reviewed the work done and outlined the post-installation services that were included. “I am a professional transporter, and put a lot of miles on my vehicle. My brakes went out yesterday, I limped to Madison and boy am I glad I did! Joe was able to fit my truck in at 1 pm, and by 4 pm he had fixed it, test driven it, and I was on my way. Extremely fair price, and he was recommended by another nearby shop who could not fit me in that day. I think I’ve found my new mechanic for when I’m on the road in that area!”

“The tires were fairly cheap and they even checked my oil for me (which was basically empty, so they did an oil change)... But apparently when they were done my car "wouldn't start" then causing me to have to pay $600 to replace the fuel pump. I had no issues prior to coming in. It was supposed to be a 2 hour tire job and 7 and a 1/2 hours later, I finally got my car (albeit with an empty wallet).... Seemed a little bit sketchy, so be warned if the same thing happens to you.... If it was a genuine issue I am glad that they fixed it so quickly, but I was not expecting to pay that much today.”

“I brought my car to the dealership I bought it from for its 90k-mile inspection, and the dealership told me I had a leaking transmission seal that was “critical,” should be fixed immediately, and would cost me over $1100 to repair. Luckily, I took it to Turn Two for a second opinion, and I found out that it is just seeping (which was what other shops told me is more likely happening when I called them about it). The lovely folks at Turn Two said it is nothing to worry about for now, but if it comes down to it, they can do it for half the cost. Until then, they will keep an eye on it at my oil changes. I can't recommend them enough—excellent services, great prices, and top-notch people. I can't recommend Turn Two enough.”
