“Picked up my mom's prescriptions. The pharmacist is believe was who I interacted with, and with less then 15 minutes until closing, he was not only very nice but he knew who my mother was. We interacted with one another for less than a minute but it was one of the moments throughout my whole day I felt a little more cheery because a stranger decided to treat me like a human. I know this is a long message but with how detached the common folks are to one another nowadays is startling and the media is nothing but pain and suffering. To a happy holidays!”

“Compared to other Walmarts in and around Milwaukee, people actually help you and you don't feel like an inconvenience. The main reason I didn't give it a 5-star review was because there are times where workers are more involved in their phones or chit chatting with other employees (not about business), instead of being aware of their surroundings and obvious signs of someone looking for assistance (ie: blinking/help lights at self-checkout) I feel this is part of the downward spiral of society in general, so I didn't use it to overly lower the overall rating of comparatively very good service at this store.”

“Visiting the Oconomowoc area, and we needed to pick up some groceries. Two markets were recommended by our hotel as being good and in close proximity. The Metro Market, however, was referred to as having better prices. We were very pleased to see the selection of products and, in fact, they have a much better selection than we have near home. All kinds of fruits and vegetables, some of which I never heard of! Tantalizing ready-made dinner options. Plus. everything that was on our groceries list. Prices were competitive, especially if you have their (or Kroger's) frequent shopper card. We didn't. However. I went to Customer Service and was able to get a new card even before my husband stopped browsing the coffee selections. Easy to find, and free parking. We'll visit again before going on to our next stop.”

“After using Walgreens primarily for 30 some years, I switched to Aurora. I was tired of waiting in line inside for what seemed like forever. Outside the wait it just as horrible. At Aurora, there are no long waiting lines. If there is a wait, it's for a short time and there are places to sit. The only time I will ever go back to Walgreens Pharmacy is for meds that might be prescribed in the middle of the night, when Aurora is closed.”

“We had to use this CVS while visiting from Florida to get a script refilled and a new one for my wife that had an eye issue come up. Mason Brandt the pharmacy manager was by far the best customer service experience we have ever had with any pharmacy. We had to wait for a change to my wife’s script due to back order. He reached out right away to the urgent care to get the change and kept checking on us consistently while we waited as well as just over all being very professional and having a sincere kind demeanor. We watched him interact with several others while we waited and he showed personal care to each person. He is a good one and anyone working customer service could learn from him. Would 100% use this pharmacy again if needed when we visit again.”
