“Picked up my mom's prescriptions. The pharmacist is believe was who I interacted with, and with less then 15 minutes until closing, he was not only very nice but he knew who my mother was.
We interacted with one another for less than a minute but it was one of the moments throughout my whole day I felt a little more cheery because a stranger decided to treat me like a human.
I know this is a long message but with how detached the common folks are to one another nowadays is startling and the media is nothing but pain and suffering.

“I recently had surgery, resulting in needing quite a few prescriptions over the last several weeks. At the recommendation of a family member, I had my prescriptions sent here. I have had such a great experience every time. Staff has been so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed or that I’m inconveniencing them. Which is a very different experience than other pharmacies that I’ve went to in the past! Thank you for providing such great and kind service. I plan to have all my prescriptions sent here from now on.”
“Compared to other Walmarts in and around Milwaukee, people actually help you and you don't feel like an inconvenience.
The main reason I didn't give it a 5-star review was because there are times where workers are more involved in their phones or chit chatting with other employees (not about business), instead of being aware of their surroundings and obvious signs of someone looking for assistance (ie: blinking/help lights at self-checkout)
I feel this is part of the downward spiral of society in general, so I didn't use it to overly lower the overall rating of comparatively very good service at this store.”
“After using Walgreens primarily for 30 some years, I switched to Aurora. I was tired of waiting in line inside for what seemed like forever. Outside the wait it just as horrible. At Aurora, there are no long waiting lines. If there is a wait, it's for a short time and there are places to sit. The only time I will ever go back to Walgreens Pharmacy is for meds that might be prescribed in the middle of the night, when Aurora is closed.”
“This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to, and it’s because of the incredible staff—especially the pharmacist, Lynne. During my pregnancy, I was extremely ill, and Lynne went above and beyond to ensure I had the medication I needed to keep both my baby and me safe.
Lynne is everything you’d want in a healthcare professional: knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and incredibly reliable. She takes the time to explain medications clearly, answer all questions without rushing, and always follows through with care and precision. Her dedication and attention to detail have consistently given me peace of mind during some of my most vulnerable moments.
The entire team is wonderful—Preston, Kayla, and the other techs are always kind, efficient, and welcoming.
I will continue to recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know. You won’t find better care anywhere else.”

“Visiting the Oconomowoc area, and we needed to pick up some groceries. Two markets were recommended by our hotel as being good and in close proximity. The Metro Market, however, was referred to as having better prices. We were very pleased to see the selection of products and, in fact, they have a much better selection than we have near home. All kinds of fruits and vegetables, some of which I never heard of! Tantalizing ready-made dinner options. Plus. everything that was on our groceries list. Prices were competitive, especially if you have their (or Kroger's) frequent shopper card. We didn't. However. I went to Customer Service and was able to get a new card even before my husband stopped browsing the coffee selections. Easy to find, and free parking. We'll visit again before going on to our next stop.”
“I like it here. I understand there might be somebody that's crabby working but they can't fix the size of the pills. It's not their fault that the drug companies change things with the pills. I switched to here from Walgreens. A real nice lady has been at the checkout upfront ,you make my day.!”

“The staff at this location is extremely personable and friendly. While picking up a prescription I was impressed with the pharmacist, Trudi, and her ability to keep her composure while she was assisting a customer that was raising his voice at her. She attended to his needs and although he left abruptly causing a scene she managed to treat him with respect and went above and beyond trying to keep him satisfied.”

“Came here to share that the staff went above and beyond today. I was picking up antibiotics for my sick son, who had fallen asleep in the car. I know I should have come in to get his insurance and Medicaid set up but with him sleeping, I tried the drive thru. The staff was understanding and accommodating, allowing me to keep him in the car while they took care of everything. If someone came behind me, the woman at the window told me to just drive back around and she'd let me know when everything was set. The staff is always kind and helpful if I have questions and in the past, they've contacted insurance to speed things along for me.”

“Great service but note they are not open on Saturday or Sunday. This is fine though as they provide a valuable service and the weekday hours until 8 pm should be sufficient for most people's needs. I'm sure they are open pretty early as well, but am not sure what time off hand. (Obviously the open hours are readily available on line.)”
