“So just recently I had to visit the Harvard state bank to cash a check, it was about ten minutes before close so I was worried I wouldn't make it, that's when I had the privilege of having pat as my teller, she was extremely friendly and she really brightened up my day, she was quick and kind....what more could you ask for , in conclusion I was so impressed with her ability and customer service skills that I'm gonna recommend this bank to all my friends and family”

The real review is the people. They are all great. The tellers are all so welcoming and friendly. I walk in now and they know my name. If we lived closer to this branch we would definitely have our personal account at this bank.”

“I had a car loan with almost 30% interest and they were able to refinance me to 10% and cut what I owed in half, the staff are very polite and always have the answer to any questions I have, its almost impossible to get a late fee since you have 10 days after the loan is due to make a payment, they also have a protection plan that will make your payments if you were put in a bad position where you couldn't work.”
