They have more inventory than Bad Dog Frida in Madison (my other favorite) and the staff is super helpful.The frozen marrow bones in the back freezer are the best. The same thing will cost you $20 at Bad Dog Frida, but at Pidder Patter they are around $5. They also have lots of toys, food, and treats.

Gentle Healer Pet Clinic LLC
301 W Spaulding St, WatertownI have been going to this Vet for 18 years. Many of the ladies that work there have been there for longer than 20 years and many of the new ones have been there for several years too. There is not staff turnover here which allows you to see the same staff each time. You do not get this type of loyalty, unless your employer is treating you well and the clients. Dr. Scott, Laura, Julie and Andrea were the ones that have been like family and I will always be grateful to them for their many years of service they have extended my pets and continue to do. They have done a great job with the crew that has joined them over the years making Gentle Healer still feel like family. Now Dr. Dan and Dr. Nate are great vets that I trust as much as I trusted Dr. Scott!!! I highly recommend this Vet clinic as it is more than a Vet but more like an extended family.
