“Randy and his crew have taken many vehicles from me from bad engine to just not worth me fixing. On January 6th my car decided to kill over because of a throttle body problem after taking it to the dealership many times and they told me nothing was wrong . I called them for a tow and they had my car back to my house within the hour as they were already on a call. I think this will be my permanent mechanic from here on out thank you guys so much”

I’m not someone who enjoys dealerships, so earning five stars from me is not easy.
I purchased a used Chevy EV and worked with Clyde, who gave me straight answers from the start. He provided the out-the-door price upfront, described the vehicle condition honestly, and never used sales pressure or manipulative tactics.
When I arrived after a six-hour drive, the process was fast and efficient. Finance had the paperwork ready, there were no surprise fees or price changes, and the dealership accepted my preferred payment method without any issues. My wire transfer was completed within an hour.
I research vehicle pricing heavily, and this dealership met my expectations with no games. The deal was fair, the experience was honest, and the drive was worth it.”

“I'm leaving this review for my friend who had a 2014 Lincoln MKS aligned. The job was done professionally and in a relatively short amount of time. The only thing I could say in the negative is that the car was brought in Monday night for a Tuesday morning, 9:00 a.m. appointment. I had mentioned to them when they said that that would be great because I'm a second shifter and I am hoping to get the car back before I go to work at 1:30 p.m. . I called at noon and they haven't even looked at the vehicle. Not a showstopper because I did have alternate transportation. Just a little unsettling. Otherwise the job was done great the car rides perfectly.”

“What a great place to know when you ride classic motorcycles and you are not a mechanic geek. I was recommended this shop by an acquaintance who contracted them multiple times for full restorations of English and Italian motorbikes. I seny my 1995 R11RSL for service and for the replacement of the front master cylinder. Very happy with the result. You however have to book well in advance as this place is very busy!”

“Mike was great. I had a vehicle dropped off at a dealer recently and had quite the overpriced repair. They called to then tell me the water pump was bad after the other repair was done and wanted over $700.
I called Mike, drove it 2 miles and saved over half the cost. He was able to get it done in 2 days notice.
Certainly would use again if I break down in the Saukville area again”
