Heidi was super helpful making it happen; called me back shortly to say I could pick them up. When I got to the service desk it was super busy with customers. When it was my turn, Barbara was very helpful and very polite with a crabby customer waiting behind me. Barbara and Heidi helped my carry out my order and provided excellent customer service. Very convenient as they pick-up the mower when you like, change the filters, oil, plugs, sharpen the blades, lube the machine… everything that needs to be addressed after a brutal spring summer and fall mowing season. Then they return it when you like looking AND running like brand spanking new!
