“I pulled up because I had an issue switching to AT&T and my new phone wasn’t working. Jodie was there right away and he has been nothing but kind and funny. He was extremely helpful and made the process super easy. The store was super clean as well and products were arranged nicely. “We originally went to the Brookfield location looking to switch providers and mainly get a lower phone bill. We left being offered a higher phone plan if we traded in our phones. At the Waukesha location, we got help immediately with getting set up with a much cheaper phone plan if we kept our phones. We were happy to save money and feel heard. I highly recommend to go to this location over the standard branch locations for USCellular if you are looking for honest help. They truly care and will listen and help you with whatever your goal may be with your phone plan or phones. We will stick with driving further to this location over the branch location any day.”
