“I went to the ATT store in New Berlin to get my husband's phone fixed and to figure out why is was not working with a new Sim card.
Rebecca worked her magic with yet another sim card and was able to reactivate the phone. Alex and Sam were very very helpful as well. They had if fixed and got the phone operational in less than 5 minutes. Excellent customer service!

The other ATT store that we went to to get a new screen replaced we were told they couldn't fix it.
We went to where they told us to.
They could not fix the screen.
So we got a new phone and we didn't like it, so we asked to reactivate the old phone.
We were told to call customer service to have a new Sim card sent, because they do not carry sim cards at that store. We did order a new Sim card, Still nothing.
Went back to the 1st store again and was told we needed a blue 5g Sim card. We got that and nothing again. Was told by the the first store, there is nothing more they can do. The staff at the first ATT store were not helpful at all. Kind of rude at times.
So that is why we went to the ATT store in New Berlin and they told us what we were told at the first ATT store was all wrong. They could have fixed/ reactivate the old phone. We will never go back to the first ATT store.
Our go to ATT store will be the New Berlin store.

“Went in to make a claim on a stolen phone but the guy was able to get me a phone ‘cheaper’ in store same day. What he didn’t tell me even though I asked several times what was the total cost of the device I was told 239 for the device after my payment in store and after I go on my Verizon app and look after the fact it’s an 840 dollar device I’m paying off over 3 years now instead just doing the claim and getting a phone again with no locked in payments. Robert was super cool and wanted to help me but wasn’t exactly forthcoming with the information I really wanted.”
“We originally went to the Brookfield location looking to switch providers and mainly get a lower phone bill. We left being offered a higher phone plan if we traded in our phones. At the Waukesha location, we got help immediately with getting set up with a much cheaper phone plan if we kept our phones. We were happy to save money and feel heard. I highly recommend to go to this location over the standard branch locations for USCellular if you are looking for honest help. They truly care and will listen and help you with whatever your goal may be with your phone plan or phones. We will stick with driving further to this location over the branch location any day.”

“Outstanding customer service from Wyatt F. when I went into the store for my order on 2/18/26. However, I had called the the store.on 2/17/26 and noone answered the phone all afternoon. I then went to the store and the front door was locked despite the hours open are until 7 p.m. and it was just 3:30 p.m. The store appeared to be closed. I went home tried multiple times to call as I needed my new phone asap. No answer! Other than that inconvenience and having to wait an extra day for my order..again, the customer service from Wyatt was outstanding.”
