I called on a Friday, got a Monday appointment at 12:30 p.m., and was back on the road by 2:00 pm with two new steer tires installed on my Hino 155. The gentleman in the office and the technician who did the work were both awesome—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Fair pricing and great on time, as they got me back in service quickly. I'll definitely be back for future tire installs and maintenance.”

“I have only been to the Waukesha WI location once. I had dropped off my vehicle to have my tire replaced as I had a massive hole that required 5 plugs to seal. I worked with Nathan who is a store manager at this location. Despite being here only once, I was left with the impression that Nathan is extremely friendly, personable, and that he takes pride in what he does. I was even more surprised by these qualities due to his young age. In 2026 it seems like almost no one of the younger generations wants to work or cares about their work. Not true for Nathan. He definitely delivered a solid lasting impression and he represented the company well. I will continue to come to this location if needed despite it being on of the furthest locations from my house when needed due to the experience I received here. I hope discount tire recognizes Nathan for his commitment to the company.”
