“My daughter left her phone there the night before and couldn't pay for her purchases. The next day we went to track the phone, the manager had it and returned it but they also left all her purchases in a big box so she didn't have to reshop! Excellent customer service, really friendly staff. Huge inventory, neat and clean store.”
“I had a pleasant experience working with Maria at the Southwest Waukesha Kohl’s. I had problems with 2 of my orders that I ordered online. Both orders were sent to me in the wrong size, right product ordered completely wrong size. She helped with who I needed to talked to and how to reach them to try to get the problems solve, to let them know that e commerce wasn’t shipping the correct sized product. Maria was extremely helpful as much as she could do on her end. The product that was being purchased could only have it ordered online. Product isn’t carried in any of the stores.
I do have to say that Kohl’s needs to do better with their products being shipped and keeping the sizes up to date on line when ordering a specific product that can only be purchased on line.

“Visiting this Ross is always great they have good things although there’s not many employees I feel like here they are always nice and respectful, Gabriel helped me out at the register and he was just a very sweet person and I really liked how when he handed me the bag he handed it to me with the handles ready for me to grab idk i just thought that was very nice!!!”

“First time customer a few days ago…what a great experience! Store was meticulously clean and organized. First store I’ve stepped into where the items were correctly in the right sized sections: smalls were in the small section, mediums were in the mediums, etc. The two staff members were very professional without being pushy. I will definitely return and encourage anyone to stop in!”
