She/they went above & beyond to help me navigate getting my RX that wasn't covered by insurance at an affordable rate. I was discouraged prior because no one else seemed to want to help me. I almost took the RX elsewhere, but this person was so kind & encouraging. Thank you.”
“Nice little local pharmacy. It has most of the bare necessities, and may carry a better option if you're using a major pharmacy that only stocks generics from a manufacturer that's not known for quality or efficacy.
There's also a USPS office, complete with shipping essentials and seasonally relevant wrapping, cards, and such.
They're also quite nice and helpful.
Parking can be a problem though...”
“The best urgent care ever! The wait time was long, but I feel it is because people abuse the system. Urgent care is flooded with non-urgent matters and therefore leads to longer wait times. I don't mind the wait. The doctors are attentive and actually listen to me. UW Health has never let me or my family down before. Keep up the great work!”

“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Willing to go beyond what most pharmacies will do to communicate with my doctor to get things accomplished. Somebody above mentioned that they don't know what people are doing there. If you've been to other pharmacies at the UW Clinic has the pharmacists are in contact with other UW pharmacies that don't have a pharmacist on staff and they are Consulting them as well as doing mail out orders. Yes I do agree they have pushed a lot of work on these folks and should staff more people there if they're going to make people do all these different jobs for all these different uw pharmacies. I know when they were originally hired their workload wasn't like it is now with more responsibilities put on them. I sure hope they're getting paid a lot more.”
“I made the mistake of calling a larger pharmacy in deforest hoping they could quickly fill a prescription for my pup was in distress. They were rude and couldn’t promise they could rush it. I called hometown and they were extremely polite and kind, and put a rush on it so when I arrived it was ready. The pharmacist even prepped the meds for me. I’ll never take my business anywhere else again. In todays world, hometown values are hard to come

“Pharmacist Jeremy and Pharmacist Dan are S-Tier Pharmacists, role model employees, ambassador representatives of CVS. A company cannot ask for two better employees. They should be assessed for cloning purposes.
They are experienced, savvy veterans who understand the customers needs whilst exhibiting compassion and expediency.
It is safe to say, this group, and their team leaders crush it.
As well, between crushing it, this group is assigned to take on the local university Pharma students each semester & summers.
Whilst the students are technically adults, I have seen nothing but patience and kindness in their handling of teaching these students how to start their life in the real world with the profession they have chosen to specialize.
Truly kind of Dan & Jeremy to teach these students how to read, login to computers, memorize passwords, and prepare them for the real world.
Pay these fine folk more. They puts the pills in the baskets the fastest the bestest. All with a smile on their faces.”

“I’ve been going to this CVS for a few years now. I decided to rate just the pharmacy here. They do an excellent job. The pharmacy manager is always on top of things and I think deserves some kind of raise or incentive. However, I think the manager needs hire more staff especially at this busy location.”
“Very professional and supportive staff. The attendant was really nice & experienced, she proceed my prescription and I got them in 5-20 minutes.
The pharmacist was also nice and she explained the procedure to take in medicine.
They warmed welcome and greeted while leaving.”
“Shopped Walgreens near us for some OTC cold remedy, and in the process, also took advantage of a great deal on soft drink 12-packs. As usual, the store was orderly and clean. The store wasn’t very busy at the time we went and the two staff there were friendly and helpful. Our experience was much as it always is when we go. Their prices on prescription drugs seem competitive and fair. In short, it is a very good resource for us.”

“The midwifery team is absolutely exceptional. I just gave birth to my first baby and the team of midwives made this entire experience truly something special. Each one of them made me feel seen and heard. They encouraged me every single step of the way, from in the clinic to in the delivery room. My fiancé and I felt so lucky for our experience with these absolutely wonderful people, including the PHENOMENAL care given by the student midwife. She was incredible. Truly, they all were. They made a lasting impression on me and my little family and I cannot express my gratitude enough. The labor and delivery nurses (Especially Haley, Sam and Gina) were also exceptional and made the experience I had what it was. I cannot rave about them enough. I have always recommended St Marys/SSM Health for care, but this 1000% solidified that I made the right choice by going to the midwives here. I will be forever grateful for this experience. Thank you endlessly Jessica, Amber, Karin, and Fatima. I will never forget this feeling.”
“I've gone here (24hr Walgreens @ hwy 51&151-E.Wash) on and off 4many years. As with most Walgreens I've had mixed experiences. I've had BIG problems w/ Northport dr. Walgreens Pharmacy & Pharmacists- no meds in stock, mis-infirmation- from pharmacists & a crappy attitude numerous # from _ _ _ _ an older white haired male pharmacist. This particular evening ,It was getting urgent, I'd waited ALL day for insulin @ N port.- Who didn't even tell me my doctors never called - & I TOLD them- I was OUT that a m.- Here they'd only given me 3pens- @previous visit- not 5!!- (They took 2out w/o telling me.) SO -Even though I was on hold for 48+min.(why only 4stars - not 5.) - when they did finally answer , they-(E.Wash crew) IMMEDIATELY took care of it ~ grateful 4the fast response- They told me I could p/u my insulin pens in 1 1/2hrs.~ Pretty good considering it was almost 9:00p.m. ( I was afraid I'd have 2go 2an Urgent Care- OR emergency room..) Thank you 24hr Walgreens. *LATER NOTE - This Walgreens isn't 24hrs anymore .”

I told the pharmacy cashier that I have a wedding to go to & she rushed my order. She was awesome to work with! I got on my Rx right away & was able to make the wedding on time!”

“This is the best pharmacy I have ever used, and I have changed MANY over the past 17 years in different cities across the US, 12 of it in Madison and mostly in Walgreens. At Waunakee Walgreens, they really do want to help, get the medication as soon as they can, help when prescriptions accidentally get sent to the wrong pharmacy etc. They are always kind; I never feel dismissed when I have to call for something. It's the best pharmacy staff that my husband and I have ever had.”
