“This was my second time going to Aeschbach’s. Both times I had a great experience. I was greeted with a smile. Their new online system for accepting or declining additional services is something I hadn’t seen before and really appreciated. They had photos right on there of my tires, filters, suspension, etc. I could pay right online before picking up my vehicle. They were able to add the oil change coupon and send me a new bill with a simple text message. They got a ride for me to my office. No complaints. I will definitely return in the future, as they are also reasonably priced compared to other places I’ve been.”

They quickly diagnosed the problem (starter), and had it repaired by the following day. “One of the few places that can service a Smart ForTwo! Brought my car in after it overheated. Somehow, there weren't any issues after the toe - but, as part of the cooling inspection, they checked everything. Spent the better part of the day testing every component of the cooling system. A disreputable mechanic would have made something up to get money back for the time - not here. Honest and dependable service.”
“I had struts, shocks and front disk brakes replaced on my automobile in April. Car no longer feels like I'm driving on cobblestones and the brakes are fine. My car was in the shop a day after I made the appointment. The mechanics were friendly and provided clear explanations, including the possibility that a sway bar might have to be replaced (it wasn't). Anyway, 5 stars.”

“Straight forward approach with honesty in regards to extending the life of my car as long as I can. As someone who only drives a 2500-3000 miles a year, I only do one oil change annually. I came in with the intention of doing an oil change and addressing my concern with a rattle/squealing in the front end which turned out to be a bad water pump. After a simple explanation of what the end game could be if I didn't take care of it, my decision to replace was that much easier. My car sounds and runs good as now, I just have to take the advice and drive it just a little bit more. Dutch's is definitely my new shop, and especially since it's only a few miles from home.”

I explained my situation to the ladies in the office and they told me just bring it down and they’ll do everything they can to get me back on the road yet later the same day.
