“This is the second time I was in this Dollar General. The first time, the manager was helpful. There was a very good selection of Christmas toys which is what I was stopping in for. The second time, a staff member was working the checkout which was very busy. I had come to switch out an item which was all that needed to be done. But the girl didn't know how to do it, so she called the manager. I stood off to the side so people could check out. After a while, I heard her say something about the manager that she doesn't know why he isn't coming up. Now mind you I have a a broken leg and torn legitimates on the ankle and I use a cane. I can stand for a period of time but this was to long. So I walked to the back room and called out. The manager came out talking on his cell phone and he made it seem like I was inconveniencing him. As it turns out, he told the girl to just switch it. Done deal. I could walk out and I was very happy. Not a good experience. The third time I went to the other General Dollar across town and the service was excellent! He found the toy I was looking for. Very friendly”
