“We bought a new spa in November of 2022 from another dealer,and had a bad time trying to get the water clear. We went to a place in Weston Wis for water testing.They tested the sample I brought in. For 4 months I was testing and adding chemicals to the spa as directed.I spent a lot of money on chemicals that I know now was not necessary.After 4 month I was ready to give up altogether ,Until my girlfriend mentioned there was another place by menards in Wausau.That was PlaceWay Pools. I brought a sample in , Dan Ehmke Was working, and he tested the sample and found it was so far off.He gave me a sequence of procedures to follow, and instructed me to bring another sample in after I completed the list of chemicals to add. The next sample showed very big improvements, but we had more to do to get it right.Two more small adjustments,And I am one very happy spa owner* months now and still clear water.Thank You so much Dan Ehmke,You made ours spa times relaxing and fun!!!”
