“Super friendly and helpful! Went in with my daughter and her friend to look for Prom dresses. She helped us find the perfect dress for her! And even offered to order it in different colors if she wanted it! Would recommend them dor and formal dress needs.”
“A great selection of women's fine apparel. Expected prices for the quality. I urge you to check them out for that special occasion or work apparel vs shopping at your big box store. I found what I hoped would be the perfect top for my occasion & asked what the return policy was just in case, yes in-store credit. Luckily it was the perfect top, better than what I tried to find online & I didn't have to drive to a bigger city to go shopping.”
“The associates are so kind and helpful they will actually put together an entire outfit for you that will fit your unique style. I won't shop anywhere else but here”
“my first time at Urban Chic was today. I am beyond impressed with the service. The staff were so helpful with my concerns about my Pandora bracelets and charms. They are so knowledgeable. I highly recommend Urban Chic. Large assortment of merchandise too.”
“An employee at Kohl's in Wausau welcomed us to the self-checkout, coached us on how to use it, made sure we received Kohl's cash that should have been given us at the door, and was just thoroughly pleasant. It's reminiscent of old-fashioned in-person department store service. We will be back!”
“A HUGE thank you to Catie, the general manager at the Rib Mountain location! Catie’s customer service is exceptional and I am grateful for the quick response to my questions regarding a recent purchase. Oh and of course the clothes are cute, too!”
