“9:10 am (ish) 7/17/26 There is a woman that works in the Wautoma location, her name is Janet. She always has such a kind face and is the sweetest thing whenever I go in there. She pays attention to the customer and cares for them. I only know her through my visits to Casey's, and everytime Im there she always greets me and asks about my sisters whom I usually have with me. This morning I was having one of those days. Not a very good morning. And I walk into Casey's, typical fashion, and miss Janet, like always greets me and asks me how my morning was going. A sweet smile on her face. I just started bawling and this amazing woman comes over and gives me a hug. 5 out of 5 service. This woman is an amazing human being and if she does not at least get a raise I shall revolt. She made my day and I appreciate her so very much. Thank you Janet at Wautoma Casey's.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
