We went for the birthday bear for my daughter's 3rd birthday and while my daughter had a blast no one made sure that our 'birth certificate' ended up in our box so now I have to go back to try and get one...

I forgot the name of the employee but they had glasses and short hair with purple in it! They helped make my daughter’s 2nd birthday and first time at build a bear such a fun experience! Thank you for being so kind and helpful!
