“Went in to make a claim on a stolen phone but the guy was able to get me a phone ‘cheaper’ in store same day. What he didn’t tell me even though I asked several times what was the total cost of the device I was told 239 for the device after my payment in store and after I go on my Verizon app and look after the fact it’s an 840 dollar device I’m paying off over 3 years now instead just doing the claim and getting a phone again with no locked in payments. Robert was super cool and wanted to help me but wasn’t exactly forthcoming with the information I really wanted.”

“Delicious food in hip and quiet space. Service was polite and friendly but a little off in terms of timing and skill (entrees arrived about thirty seconds after soup was served - we had asked for soups to be served prior to entrees. Too many interruptive questions about whether we needed anything/ were enjoying our meals. Sloppy wine pour - several drops on the table with each glass.) I'll go back again because I love the food and the vibe and I believe the service will improve with experience.”
“The guy is super chill. I asked for a screen replacement on a iPhone 15 pro and he quoted me much cheaper than the competition and replaced it in like 10 mins right in front of me at the desk. However, I didn't like the screen module he installed, so he popped the old damaged screen back in with no qualms; He didn't even want anything for the 20mins of labor. So that's what's super chill about him; He's great to work with. Overall, great experience talking with him.
1 star off because of this: The replacement screen claimed it could do 120hz just like the original apple screen but only did 60hz or less (all I know is that the motion was fairly choppy compared to the original screen) even with the frame rate unlocked in settings, which is why I asked him to swap it back to the original damaged screen.”
