Fortunately the store manager, Edwin Davila, was able to identify the multiple errors. Edwin efficiently/effectively redid the downloads, removed the Verizon software and confirmed my equipment was working as intended.

“My son was outside playing in the pool and got water in his phone. We let it soak in rice overnight. Rice got stuck in the charging port and we couldn’t get it out to charge the phone. So I took it to Ubreakifix and was serviced by Josh. He was polite and removed the rice within minutes. He did this free of charge. My son was so happy.”

“Went in to make a claim on a stolen phone but the guy was able to get me a phone ‘cheaper’ in store same day. What he didn’t tell me even though I asked several times what was the total cost of the device I was told 239 for the device after my payment in store and after I go on my Verizon app and look after the fact it’s an 840 dollar device I’m paying off over 3 years now instead just doing the claim and getting a phone again with no locked in payments. Robert was super cool and wanted to help me but wasn’t exactly forthcoming with the information I really wanted.”

Casey ensured that I had a good service plan and that I am getting my $$$ worth. He was very knowledgeable of all apps and could trouble shoot anything that did not sync to my new phone. He was patient and kind. The process was quick. I left with everything thoroughly explained.”
